Paseo de los Heroes II in progress.  Wm. C. Buster, Inc. has begun work on a 52 manufactured home project that includes one community building and a manager's unit in Mecca.  Teaming up with Fleetwood Homes, Wm. C. Buster, Inc. is enjoying the challenge of delivering completed pads, installation, and infrastructure, as Fleetwood manufactures beautiful 2 - 4 bedroom homes.  This is not the first manufactured home site that Buster has built.  Buster has built a number of manufactured home projects with great success that have been widely appreciated by many eager residents of that area.  In fact, housing is in high demand as some manufactured home parks that were deemed illegal have been shut down by the County of Riverside.   

Arroyo De Paz I and II 2007 SCANPH Project of the Year.  Congratulations to the Coachella Valley Housing Coalition for receiving the 2007 SCANPH Project of the Year Award!  The Southern California Association of Non Profit Housing awarded the Coalition with the top project honors for both phases of Arroyo De Paz.  Wm. C. Buster, Inc. was honored to take part in the construction of such an impressive project.
